Improv Everywhere is up to something good.
So I had never heard of these guys before, but hopefully most of you have. They were the naughty napkins behind New York's 7th Annual No-Pants Subway Ride.
Their mission statement (off their website) reads:
"Improv Everywhere causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places. Created in August of 2001 by Charlie Todd, Improv Everywhere has executed over 70 missions involving thousands of undercover agents. The group is based in New York City."
[Hit the jump for the video!]
They recently did a frozen experiment in Grand Central Station. Check it out here:
Social experiments are near and dear to my nerd heart. Comedy all ye faithful.

That's interesting that you have never heard of them, considering that they have previously been written about on this blog!
